I have to know my audience before I write. (So i decided to write to me or to G-d)

So, I’ve started my writing session but I get distracted looking up a word meaning or a detail about a a place or some other fact that comes up in my writing. Before I know it I’m on google maps street view wandering around my old neighborhood.
